Sink below the surface and find your still point in Submerge & Settle. A deep, meditative Yin Yoga class designed to quiet the noise and anchor your nervous system. This is a private group 90-minute class invites you to embrace grounding holds, release long-held tension, and settle into the profound peace of the deep. Meet the silence, breathe into the layers, and emerge feeling restored and clear.

To cancel, please contact Lucy (lucy@wavewellness.co.nz) or 0211897822 or manage your booking online. Cancellations within 6 hours of class start time are not refundable and you will be charged the class price of $25 as if you attended.
