How it Works
In-person Yoga & Pilates Classes
New Brighton, Christchurch

Join Lucy for energising Power Vinyasa Yoga, dynamic Mat Pilates, and grounding Yin Yoga classes. Flow with others as you build strength, balance, and vitality — one breath at a time.
Classes are held at Beach Hut #1, The Village Green, New Brighton. Small group setting (max 8 people).

How do I book?

Drop In (pay now) – Just want to try it out or join occasionally? Book a single session ($20) OR

Drop In (Pay cash or contactless card at class) OR

Concession Pass – Get a 10 class pass ($180). Passes are valid for 6 months.

One on One: Personal Tide
Ride your own wave with tailored guidance that meets you where you are.
Personal guidance. Real progress.
Personal Tide is your opportunity to work one-on-one with Lucy in a way that’s focused, supportive, and tailored to you. Whether you’re looking to build strength, deepen your practice, or simply create space for yourself, each session is shaped around what matters most — helping you move with greater ease and grow in confidence, both on and off the mat.

$90 per session | $750 for a 10-session pack

Sessions are available via Zoom or in person at the Wave Wellness Studio in Christchurch . . . and you’re also welcome to form your own small group with friends if you’d prefer to practise together.
How it works - plus Zoom tips
When you book, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your Zoom link. For Real Time classes, join at the scheduled time and flow with the group. For Personal Tide sessions, simply join at your agreed time for focused, one-on-one guidance.
