Build an unbreakable foundation in Crest & Core. This 50-minute Mat Pilates class is the structural heart of Wave Wellness, where we bring the CREST principles to life: Core, Respiration, Elongation, Stability, and Timing. Through intentional, technical movement, we sculpt a resilient body that moves with the precision of the tide. Meet the resistance, refine your form, and emerge feeling powerful and perfectly aligned.

Submerge & Settle
Ground your body. Restore your soul.
Sink below the surface and find your still point in Submerge & Settle. A deep, meditative Yin Yoga class designed to quiet the noise and anchor your nervous system as the day comes to a close. This 50-minute class invites you to embrace grounding holds, release long-held tension, and settle into the profound peace of the deep. Meet the silence, breathe into the layers, and emerge feeling restored and clear.

Personal Tide invites you to step into your own rhythm with tailored one-on-one sessions designed around your goals, experience, and needs. You’ll start with a personal chat, so Lucy can shape a practice just for you — whether that means refining technique, building strength, or exploring new ways to move with ease.
Move through breath-led, supportive sessions that meet you where you are. With focused guidance, you’ll build confidence, unlock your potential, and ride your wave towards growth, all at your own pace, in your own way.
Your Choice of Location
Sessions are available via Zoom or at the Wave Wellness studio. Home visits may also be an option locally within Christchurch. For private groups of up to 4 people in a small group class format, please enquire for pricing.

When you book, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your Zoom link. For Real Time classes, join at the scheduled time and flow with the group. For Personal Tide sessions, simply join at your agreed time for focused, one-on-one guidance.
