Service Description

If you are booking for the 4 week series - select the "series" option and book in for 2nd June class. You will then be added to the other 3 classes in June once you're booking comes through. If you're just popping in for 1 class, select the single class option. Start your Tuesday mornings with intention. This 4-week progressive series at the Bridge Community Hub introduces you to the foundations of Power Vinyasa Yoga in a supportive environment. Join me, Lucy, (just bring a water bottle & wear comfy clothes), for a journey designed specifically for beginners. We will explore the foundations at a pace that allows you to build on week by week, ensuring you feel supported and empowered as your practice grows. Level: Absolute Beginner – no experience required. Practicalities: Mats and props provided (welcome to bring a mat if you have one). Bring a water bottle and wear clothes you can move in. Payment is online, when booking (via card), via bank transfer or in person via cash or contactless card payment.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel and reschedule, please contact us at least 12hrs before the class or cancel online. Cancellations within 3 hours from class time are non-refundable. We understand things come up; spaces are limited and this is fair for all. Thanks for you understanding and for supporting this small business.
