You’ll start with a personal chat, so Lucy can shape a practice just for you — whether that means refining technique, building strength, or exploring new ways to move with ease.
Move through breath-led, supportive sessions that meet you where you are. With focused guidance, you’ll build confidence, unlock your potential, and ride your wave towards growth — at your own pace, in your own way.
Your Choice of Location
Sessions are available via Zoom or at the Wave Wellness studio. Home visits may also be an option locally within Christchurch. For private groups of up to 4 people in a small group class format, please enquire for pricing.

How it works - plus Zoom tips
When you book, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your Zoom link. For Real Time classes, join at the scheduled time and flow with the group. For Personal Tide sessions, simply join at your agreed time for focused, one-on-one guidance.
