Mat Pilates
 

Engage your core as a powerhouse and work your stabilising muscles using mostly your own bodyweight. Utilising the Wave Wellness CREST pilates principles of Core, Respiration, Elongation, Stability and Timing you’ll be guaranteed to glow. These classes follow a circuit type format and incorporate contemporary Pilates sequences used with traditional exercises.

How the Crest Channel works

The Crest Channel is built around five Wave Wellness principles — Core, Respiration, Elongation, Stability, and Timing. Each principle includes two classes: an Intro class and an Explore class. The Intro classes are shorter sessions designed to introduce the principle and guide you through key movements and concepts. Once you’ve completed an Intro class, you can move on to the Explore class — a longer, circuit-style session that develops strength, flow, and deeper understanding of each theme.


Once you’ve completed classes C1-C10, the classes from C11+ are all 45 minute circuit-style sessions that integrate all principles.
