How the Surge Channel works
Each SURGE class is designed around the three key elements of the Baptiste style of Power Vinyasa Yoga:
Meditation – A guided session to settle the mind and bring focus.
Practice – A dynamic, breath-led flow sequence to build strength, stamina, and vitality.
Self Enquiry – A downloadable PDF (you can find these at the bottom under the video section) with reflective questions and prompts to deepen your personal growth off the mat.
Each class has its own name (for example, Little Ripple). You’ll find the three elements listed together as: Little Ripple Meditation, Little Ripple Practice and Little Ripple Self Enquiry
